Jenni Haff is a Partner at Insgroup, a Baldwin Risk Partner. She specializes in Employee Benefits Insurance for middle-market and large companies across the State of Texas. As the Head of Office in San Antonio, she is responsible for growing all three divisions of Insgroup: Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, and Private Client Services.

Jenni started her employee benefits sales career in 1995 with Eichlitz, Dennis, Wray, and Westheimer. Over her 28-year career, EDWW became Wortham Insurance, Marsh, and finally Marsh McClennan Agency (MMA.) Prior to joining the Insgroup San Antonio, she was leading the San Antonio Employee Health & Benefits practice at MMA.

Jenni grew up in San Antonio which allowed her to easily foster strong relationships with her clients and her local community. She continues to provide customized group insurance risk solutions, wellness plans, compliance audits, and complex claims analyses.

Jenni earned her degree from Texas A&M University, Class of ’94. She and her husband, Will, have five wonderful children, a son-in-law, and two grandsons. Jenni enjoys daily exercise, vacationing at the beach, fine red wine, and spending time with her family and friends.
