Steve Hoech is a Partner at Insgroup, A Baldwin Risk Partner. He Specializes in Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty Insurance for middle-market companies as well as Public Entities across the State of Texas.  In this role, Steve is responsible for the organic growth of the San Antonio office and for building out the Public Entity Division for the Southwest Region of the U.S.

With 15 years of experience in the industry, Steve has fostered strong relationships and provided customizable risk solutions for Public Entities and middle-market companies. Steve was previously in Human Resources for 12 years before joining the firm.

Steve is a father to three boys, and a loving husband to his wife, Courtney. Steve is an avid hunter and enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
