Prior to open enrollment, a client needed to review various models to see what the financial and personnel impacts would be (both positive and negative) if they were to make a change. Through this technology, they were able to pinpoint pharmaceutical plan designs that would ultimately be most beneficial to employees while containing costs to the organization.

Since open enrollment occurs regardless of whether you’re planning to be in the office or not, Insgroup’s technology solutions have proven to be more beneficial than ever to our clients. In one example, 300 employees successfully enrolled in all of their benefits even though they were required to work remotely in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our solution provided the client with the ability to present benefit options, a venue for Q&A, and ultimately allowed for selection and enrollment of benefits by mobile devices.
